Product Introductions:

High speed pinhole processing machine mostly applies to process stainless steel, hardened steel, hard alloy, copper, aluminum and different kinds of conducting materialsIt can directly penetrate or drill from cant, camber and pyramidal face. The machine applies to process unmanageable deep pinhole such as threading hole of wire cutting on ultra-hard conducting material, nozzle opening of oil pump, spinneret orifice of spinning die, oil way of hydropneumatic components and cooling hole of engine.

3. Ultra thickness: main axis travel 300, applying to thick part processing.

4. Ultra travel: servo travel 300, lengthened electronic pole is available and 15% of pole saving

5. Z-axis uses dual straight rack with high efficiency and good stability.

6. X and Y axis uses ball bearing lead screw easy to ensure feeding precision.

7. The angle of main axis is adjustable for angling hole processing.

8. Electronic fluctuating and easy operation.
