Gantry machining center serise

The machine tool adopts a door-fixed beam frame structure, which can maintain good rigidity and precision for a long time, has large torque and good dynamic characteristics, and fully absorbs international advanced machine tool design concepts according to processing requirements.

The X/Y axis adopts imported super-heavy load linear guide rails, and the Z axis adopts rectangular hardened plastic guide rails, which are low in wear and high in load, ensuring the long-term use accuracy of the machine tool and greatly improving the accuracy and rigidity during cutting.

The distance between the spindle center and the Z-axis guide surface is short, which greatly reduces the overturning moment and improves rigidity. The spindle adopts modular design, with a variety of functional modules for customers to choose from, suitable for various types of processing.

The X/Y/Z axis uses C3 imported ball screws with fixed supports at both ends and is driven by toothless, backlash-increasing torque synchronous belts. It has large output torque, fast moving speed and good processing performance. The pre-stretching machine is supported by high-precision, large contact angle precision bearings, which have extremely high moving accuracy and excellent stability.
