Machine tool characteristics

1. This machine tool is made of high-grade cast iron and box structure design and manufacture, after proper annealing treatment, eliminate internal stress, tough material, coupled with box structure design, high rigid body structure, so that the machine has enough rigidity and strength, the whole machine shows the characteristics of heavy cutting resistance and high reproduction accuracy.

2. The base and spindle box are integrated box structure, with thick reinforcement wall and multi-layer reinforcement wall design, which can effectively inhibit thermal deformation, and can be subjected to static and dynamic distortion and deformation stress, to ensure the rigidity and high stability of the bed height.

3. The column adopts honeycomb symmetrical box structure, and adopts thick wall reinforcement and circular hole reinforcement design to eliminate internal stress, which can provide strong support for the slide table during heavy cutting to ensure the rigid and high-precision display of the bed height.

4. High-precision, high-rigidity spindle head: The machine adopts FANUC high-horsepower spindle servo motor (power 15kw/18.5kw).

5. The main shaft bearing adopts FAG NSK series bearings, which provide strong axial and radial loads to ensure long-term heavy cutting, with excellent accuracy, stability, low friction, good heat dissipation and rigidity of the main shaft support.

6. X/Z axis: FANUC AC servo motor and large diameter ball screw (precision C3, pre-drawing mode, can eliminate thermal expansion, improve rigidity) direct transmission, no belt drive accumulated error, repetition and positioning accuracy,support bearings using high-precision angular ball bearings.

7. X/Z axis adopts high rigidity and low friction coefficient of heavy load linear slide, which can achieve high speed feed, reduce guide wear and extend machine accuracy. The linear slide has the advantages of low friction coefficient, high quick response, high machining accuracy and high load cutting.

8. Lubrication system: The machine automatic depressurized lubrication system collection of oil, with advanced depressurized intermittent oil supply system, with timing, quantitative, constant pressure, each way to provide timely and appropriate amount of oil to each lubrication point, to ensure that each lubrication position does get lubricating oil, so that the mechanical long-term operation without worries.

9. Full cover sheet metal: Under the strong requirements of today's environmental protection and safety considerations for operators, sheet metal design focuses on appearance, environmental protection and ergonomics. Fully sealed sheet metal design, completely prevent cutting fluid and cutting chips from splashing outside the machine tool, so that the machine tool around to keep clean. And on both sides of the machine tool, the cutting fluid is designed to wash the bottom bed, so that the cutting chips are not retained on the bottom bed as much as possible.
