Machine characteristics

• High-density resin sand is cast in one piece, it is not easy to be deformed.It can ensure the long-term stability of precision, and the structure of the fuselage is analyzed by finite element. The rib structure is adopted to make the whole machine have high rigidity and excellent shock-resistant performance.The main parts are imported from Japan and Taiwan brand.to ensure higher accuracy and longer service life cycle;
• The spindle head adopts a herringbone design with stable structure and strong rigidity, which is suitable for heavy cutting;
• Both the X-axis and the Z-axis use heavy-duty C3 ball screws. The fixed end is supported by japan brand P4-grade combined bevel ball bearings to improve machining accuracy. Both the X-axis and the Z-axis use heavy-duty and high-rigidity linear slides. The orbit spacing is analyzed for optimal spans,low resistance, high rigidity, and rapid displacement, which increases processing efficiency and shortens working time;
• Equipped with high-precision and high-speed spindle for high-precision and high-finish cutting;
• Equipped with electric or servo hydraulic turret, hydraulic tailstock, one-time forming for simple or precision machining, such as either long shaft type or disc type can be processed, powerful of processing capability;
• Optional power turret, with 0 or 90 degree power head, turning and milling once to form;
• It can be equipped with automatic chip evacuation machine for self-chip removal, easy to clean,full protective appearance, simple and elegant, safe and environment-friendly.
