Column Moving Type-PCD Series-Surface Grinding Machine

The PCA&PCD series uses high-grade cast iron components that have undergone annealing and vibration aging treatments to enhance stability. The thick material body meets the demands of heavy cutting and precision grinding, while wear-resistant rubber guide rails are hand-scraped for accuracy. The high-precision spindle is equipped with P4-grade bearings and a surface finish of Ra0.4, enhanced by larger bearings to improve performance.

Utilize high-precision C3 grade ball screws with dual nuts to ensure ease of operation, high accuracy, and durability. Low-noise motors provide minimal vibration and reliable performance, while the hydraulic system features low vibration and damping functions. These characteristics collectively ensure smooth and reliable operation of the equipment.

The innovative lubrication circuit has a 95% recovery efficiency, reducing coolant contamination. Automatic self-inspection at startup and fault alarms ensure thorough lubrication of the guides. This intelligent maintenance system extends the lifespan of the equipment and reduces maintenance costs.
