Optical machine characteristics

Tool library

Disc-type automatic tool changer, it only takes 1.8 seconds to change the tool using 3D cam. The tool tray can accommodate 24 tools, which can adapt to various processing needs; the tool is easy to load and unload, use any type, and tool management and registration are more convenient.

Spindle

The design of the short nose of the spindle head and the ring-shaped water flushing can maximize the transmission efficiency of the spindle motor. The cutting rigidity is particularly good, which improves the machining accuracy and extends the life of the spindle.

Without counterweight

The Z-axis adopts a non-counterweight design and is matched with a high-power brake servo motor to improve the Z-axis drive performance to achieve high speed and best surface finish.

Slide

The three axis adopts Taiwan HIWIN/PMI linear slide, which has high rigidity, low noise, low friction, and high sensitivity, which can improve the processing speed and accuracy.
