Machine characteristics

• High-density resin sand is cast in one piece, it is not easy to be deformed,and the precision can be ensured for a long time. The structure of the fuselage is analyzed by finite element and the rib structure is adopted to make the whole machine have high rigidity and excellent shock-resistant performance;
• Adopting 6-axis system 21TB of Taiwan brand SYNTEC to support C-axis(spindle)/X//Z/A/B-axis for CNC interpolation function, support X/Z/Y/C/A/B axis link age processing, realize multi-axis Linked turning and milling compound function, support miling flat position,driling,tapping,engraving,turning, etc., can complete complex parts processing at one time, thereby improving product accuracy and reducing processes;
• 30°slant bed structure,ultra-long stroke design, while the power head is added,there is enough space for cutter row.The turning and milling parts can be finished inone time;
• X,Z-axis screw adopts double pre-tensioning structure, which can ensure that the change between the heat and cold machine is within 0.005mm,and it has high-rigidity cutting.The 45#steel can be cut normally with a single-sided tool holding capacity of 3mm;
• Optional row knife or 8-station hydraulic turret or servo turret, which is good for frequent machine proofing and can be controlled randomly to improve the proofing;
• The power head mechanism adopts high-precision grinding&cutting gear transmission structure, which has strong rigidity, large torque and super wear resistance;
• Optional power heads numbers from 1 to 8 on the end face or side can be freely selected, flexible and practical.
